Terms of Service Policy
- All products sold are 100% original and quality-checked before dispatch.
- Prices, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected misuse.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (where applicable).
- We accept payments through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or other available methods.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2โ5 working days across Pakistan, but timelines may vary depending on courier services and location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- If a product arrives damaged or broken, it will be exchanged with a replacement.
- No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

- Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
