Terms of Service Policy



  • All products sold are 100% original and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Prices, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected misuse.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (where applicable).
  • We accept payments through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or other available methods.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 2โ€“5 working days across Pakistan, but timelines may vary depending on courier services and location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order:
    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
    • If a product arrives damaged or broken, it will be exchanged with a replacement.
    • No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Non-exchangeable items include:
    • Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
    • Free gifts, promotional items, or testers.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity issues; customers are advised to test a small amount before regular use.
  • Customer information (name, address, contact details) is kept confidential and only used for order processing and communication.
